Resume
The article is devoted to the use of goal programming in combination with priority resource allocation mechanisms for building a model and calculation an optimal distribution options depending on the priority of the goals to which the resources are directed. Theoretical aspects of the goal programming application and various ways of representing goals based on linear programming are considered. An optimization model is constructed with a built-in resource allocation principle based on a priority mechanism. The use of the approach is illustrated by a conditional example, based on which calculations were made for several options for resource allocation depending on the priority of goals. The calculations showed that the ranking of goals by degree of importance significantly affects the optimal solutions. This makes it possible to choose the solution that will bring the best result in specific conditions.. The calculations also showed the importance of using specialization in directing the received resources to specific actions. The introduced approach can be used as a basis for developing recommendations for improving resource allocation mechanisms.
