The scientific journal “Herald of  the Economic Sciences of Ukraine” (“HESU”) was founded in 2002 (until 2004 it was called “Bulletin of the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine”). The emergence of such a scientific publication was natural, since the need for interdisciplinary and interregional socio-economic research had long arisen, and the development of the economy and the strengthening of the social economic order were one of the priority tasks of stabilization processes in the regions of Ukraine. It is to this broad range of research issues in the field of economic science that the publication in the scientific journal “Herald of  the Economic Sciences of Ukraine” is dedicated.

The founders and publishers of the journal are the Academy of Economic Sciences of Ukraine, Kyiv (EDRPOU code 20350535) and the Institute of Industrial Economics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Kyiv (https://ror.org/00sv48x88, EDRPOU code 05420557).

The thematic focus of the journal is the publication of scientific articles on a wide range of theoretical and applied problems of economics, review and discussion articles.

The journal is included in the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine (category B)
