.            REQUIREMENTS TO SUBMIT AN ARTICLE

It is necessary to send a paper copy of the article to the editorial office and an electronic copy, which must not differ from the paper copy, and a license agreement on the transfer of copyright signed by the author or authors. A separate author card with information about the author(s) in two languages ​​is attached to the article, which indicates the following information: surname, first name, patronymic, academic degree, academic title, position and place of work (study), city, country, postal address, contact phone number, email address, ORCID of the author.

The article must meet the following requirements:

  • has not been published or sent for consideration to other journals;
  • a file is a document in Microsoft Word format with graphic elements that can be edited;
  • web links in the text are accompanied by full correct URL addresses;
  • links to articles in professional publications have a DOI identifier;
  • the text meets the requirements set forth in the subsection “General requirements for the design of manuscripts” of the section “For authors”.

If the manuscript does not meet the requirements for submission, the editorial board reserves the right not to consider such material, and to inform the author (authors) about it by email.

TERMS OF PUBLICATION
Manuscripts must be submitted in Ukrainian or English and stored in *.doc or *.docx. It is necessary to attach to the article an author’s card with data about the author(s) in two languages (Ukrainian and English), where the following information is indicated: surname, first name, patronymic, academic degree, academic rank, position and place of work (study), city, country, postal address, contact phone number, e-mail address, ORCID of the author. The author’s card together with the manuscript of the article is sent to the e-mail address of the editorial office slaval.aenu@gmail.com.
The date of receipt of the manuscript is the day when the manuscript came to the editorial board. Evaluation of each manuscript submitted is carried out in three stages: primary control for compliance with general requirements; checking for plagiarism and citation quality; peer review. Detailed information is given in the sections «Anti -Plagiarian Policy» та «Reviewing Policy».

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR MANUSCRIPT DESIGN
The order of placement of components of the article:
UDC  (Universal Decimal Classification).
Name, patronymic and surname of each author, academic degree and position.
Full name and address of the institutions where the author(s) work.
Author’s ORCID identifiers.
Email of each of the authors or an email of the contact person from the authors.
Title of the article.

The text of the article (no more than 40,000 signs with spaces), which, in accordance with the Resolution of the Presidium of the Higher Education of Ukraine dated 15.01.2003 No. 7-05/1 must have the following elements (in the text should be highlighted with a SemiBold font):

  • introduction (formulation of the problem in a general form and its connection with important scientific or practical tasks; allows you to assess the problem at the global and regional level; contains no more than 10 references to periodicals and monographs published in print over the past 5-10 years);
  • analysis of recent research and publications (where the solution of this problem was initiated and on which the author relies; identification of previously unsolved parts of the general problem, to which this study is dedicated; identification of the presence of a scientific discussion on the subject of research; contains, as a rule, at least 10 references to periodicals and monographs published in print format in the last 5-10 years);
  • purpose of the article (task statement; the purpose of the article should be clearly formulated and logically follow from a previously unsolved scientific or scientific-practical problem);
  • research results (presentation of the main material of the study with full justification of the scientific results obtained; the results do not duplicate the data of tables and graphs; the discoveries made in the study are explained, etc);
  • conclusions (must correspond to the purpose and title of the article; contain new information and do not contain paraphrasing of any sections of the study; contain information on the recipients of the study, on its effect, the forecast of the impact of research results on public relations; it is desirable to formulate clearly the scientific novelty obtained from the results of the research; the prospects of further research should be determined);
  • list of literature and references.

Authors’ names, title of the article, abstract in the language of the article of 500-700 characters with spaces, keywords (5-7 words).

The names of the authors, the name of the article in other language. Summary in a different language of more than 1800 characters with spaces, keywords (5-7 words) (according to p. 4 of p. 6 of the Procedure for the formation of the List of scientific professional publications of Ukraine, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated 15.01.2018, No 32, if the publication is not monolingual, then each publication is accompanied by an annotation of at least 1800 characters in a language other than the language of publication).

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DESIGN OF MANUSCRIPTS
Articles are accepted by e-mail, as well as on electronic media in Microsoft Word format files (*.doc, *.docx).
The number of authors of the article cannot exceed four persons.
The article should be formatted using the standard font Times New Roman, size 12 pt, line spacing – single.
Page fields: upper – 3 cm, lower – 3 cm, left – 2 cm, right – 2 cm, orientation – book.
The volume of the article should not exceed 40,000 characters with spaces. Articles of a larger volume can be published with a continuation. In exceptional cases, by the decision of the editorial board, articles exceeding the specified volume can be published in full within one issue.
Tables are placed directly in the text (without text wrapping) immediately after the first reference to them. The table title is drawn from a new line with left alignment, the table and its number are indicated in italics, and then the table name is in bold. It is unacceptable to present scanned tables. After the table, you must refer to the data source.
Illustrative material (figures, graphs, diagrams) should be created using MS Office programs, it is necessary to leave the possibility for its correction. Photos should be stored in *.tiff format or *.jpeg with a resolution of at least 600 dpi. The illustration is placed directly in the text (without text wrapping) immediately after the first reference to it. The title is given under the illustration with left alignment. Under the title of the illustration, you must refer to the source of the data. It is recommended to submit illustrative materials as a separate file as an appendix to the main document of the publication.
Formulas and mathematical expressions are built using built -in Microsoft Word services or using the MathType program. The numbering of formulas is carried out in a continuous way within the article and is indicated to the right of the formulas in parentheses.
List of literature and references are presented at the end of the article.
1. Literature are prepared in accordance with the standards of bibliographic description DSTU 8302:2015 “National Standard of Ukraine “Information and Documentation. Bibliographic reference. General provisions and rules of compilation”.
2. References – a list of literature designed in accordance with  American Psychological Association (APA) Style . The order of sources in the Literature List according to the APA standard should match the first list under DSTU 8302: 2015.

The requirements for the design of both blocks of literature are:

  1. Indication of all authors in the description of the source, regardless of its type (maximum 8).
  2. Specifying at the end of the bibliographic description of the source (to which the author refers to) the ID of the digital object (DOI) – if such ID exists (in such form: https://doi.org/10.12958/1729-7206.2025.1(48).28-32). For electronic publication, the address of the respective website and the date of visit to this page must be noted.
  3. To provide at least 10 scientific articles in the bibliographic list of literature. It is advisable for authors to avoid references to conference materials, textbooks, manuals, methodological recommendations, etc.
  4. Most sources should cover the results of research in recent years (with the exception of historical, legal, theoretical and discussion articles) and have geographical diversity.
  5. Do not reference to normative legal acts (international treaties, conventions, etc.) to the list of literature, but to make references directly in the text of the scientific article.
  6. Apply conventional bibliographic abbreviations in the descriptions (according to DSTU 3582: 2013).

When designing the References block, the names of periodicals in Ukrainian (journals, collections, etc.) are given in transliteration, except when the publication has an official English title (in this case, such an English title is given). Transliteration from Ukrainian into English is carried out in accordance with the rules established by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On Streamlining the Transliteration of the Ukrainian Alphabet into the Latin Alphabet” of 27.01.2010, No 55. The title of the periodical publication or book title is translated into English. After providing a bibliographic description of the source, it is necessary to indicate the language of the original publication in square brackets. For example: [in Ukrainian].
