Resume
The article explores the role of digital technologies in supporting the diagnostics and development of enterprises during global crises and post-crisis periods. Technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), blockchain, and the Internet of Things (IoT) have become key tools for businesses in times of uncertainty, ensuring operational continuity, performance monitoring, and transparency in supply chains. The primary goal of this work is to develop a methodology for the sustainable integration of digital technologies into business strategies, allowing companies not only to adapt to crises but also to foster long-term development.
The study examines the use of AI for predictive diagnostics and decision-making automation, blockchain for ensuring operational transparency, and IoT for real-time asset monitoring. Special attention is given to the ecological sustainability of digital infrastructure, particularly reducing energy consumption and implementing circular economy principles. Social and ethical aspects of digital transformation, including data privacy and digital equity, are also discussed.
The importance of developing digital ecosystems and fostering enterprise collaboration during crises, which promotes innovation and resilience, is also addressed. The conclusion provides recommendations for regulatory frameworks and policies that support the sustainable implementation of digital technologies.
