Resume
The article deepens the theoretical and methodological principles of optimizing logistics business processes using digital technologies as a means of achieving competitive advantages.
The presented research focuses on modern digital technologies, such as automated warehouse management systems, transport management systems, the Internet of Things, blockchain and big data, which allow companies to significantly improve the efficiency of their logistics operations. The use of these technologies helps to reduce costs, increase the accuracy and speed of delivery, as well as improve customer service.
