Resume
The article investigates modern approaches to building innovative models of enterprise economic development under conditions of digital transformation, external environment instability, and limited investment resources. It is substantiated that traditional investment-driven or technology-driven development models do not ensure sufficient sustainability and long-term performance, as they are often characterized by fragmented managerial decisions and a lack of coherence between financial investments and technological change.
The purpose of the study is to justify an integrated innovative model of enterprise economic development based on the synergy of investment and technological growth mechanisms.
An integrated development model architecture is proposed, including strategic, innovation-project, technological, investment, organizational-human capital, risk management, and monitoring-analytical blocks. It is proven that the systemic interaction of these components increases the efficiency of managing innovative transformations and creates prerequisites for sustainable enterprise growth. A shortened KPI passport for assessing the integration of investment and technological mechanisms is developed, enabling the monitoring of digital and innovation project performance, evaluation of digital maturity, commercialization level of innovations, and the economic effect of business process modernization.
The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of applying the proposed model in enterprises to optimize the investment portfolio, develop a technological roadmap for digitalization, and strengthen competitiveness in the context of Ukraine’s post-war economic recovery. The results may be used in strategic planning of innovative enterprise development across various industries, as well as in managerial decision-making regarding the financing of technological transformations.
