Resume
The article explores theoretical and methodological approaches to the formation and evaluation of organizational and economic development of enterprises in the hospitality industry. The importance of ensuring comprehensive development, which covers interrelated organizational and economic components, is substantiated, as it enables enterprises to achieve competitive advantages in a dynamic market environment. It is determined that the efficiency of hotel and restaurant enterprises largely depends on the alignment of organizational structures, management systems, business processes, and financial and economic mechanisms with current challenges. Particular attention is paid to innovative and digital tools that enhance the flexibility and adaptability of enterprises to changes in demand, globalization trends, and transformations in the service sector.
Based on the analysis of scientific sources and practical approaches, the criteria and indicators for evaluating organizational and economic development of hospitality enterprises are systematized. Evaluation of development is proposed as a multi-level process that includes the analysis of resource potential, effectiveness of management decisions, innovation activity, financial results, and service quality. Emphasis is placed on the expediency of applying integral indicators that allow a comprehensive reflection of the level of enterprise development. It is proven that the use of modern evaluation and modeling methods of organizational and economic processes contributes to the formation of effective strategies and enhances the competitiveness of hospitality enterprises. The obtained results have practical significance for owners, managers, and industry analysts, as they provide opportunities to optimize managerial decisions aimed at ensuring sustainable growth and strengthening the market position of enterprises.
