Effective management of labor resources is a strategic factor in the stable development of the hotel business and increasing its competitiveness. The main attention is paid to the formation of a comprehensive system of personnel motivation, which combines material, moral-psychological and social incentives aimed at increasing labor productivity and attracting highly qualified specialists. The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate approaches to improving the personnel management system in hotel enterprises, taking into account modern challenges and features of the industry. The following research methods were used during the study: analysis, synthesis, system and comparative analysis. The article describes modern management models, and also identifies factors that influence the level of employee interest in professional development. Research on methods for increasing personnel motivation demonstrates a wide range of material motivation that can be effectively applied in the hotel sector to increase labor activity, attract and retain personnel. Particular attention is paid to the role of material incentives, the formation of corporate culture, working conditions, opportunities for career growth and advanced training. The study confirmed that an effective personnel policy should take into account both economic and psychological factors of motivation, creating an atmosphere of partnership between the employer and the employee. The article offers recommendations, based on a specific hotel sector enterprise, on optimizing personnel processes, increasing employee interest and improving the quality of guest service, the efficiency of using labor potential and the main areas of improving the motivational system.
The results of the study revealed the need to modernize the personnel management system, which contributes not only to increasing the economic performance of the enterprise, but also to the formation of a positive brand image, the development of corporate ethics and ensuring sustainable growth of competitive advantages in the hospitality market.
