The article is dedicated to substantiating the theoretical and practical aspects of strategic business communication as a tool for shaping stable social-labor relations and developing human potential. The evolution of business communication is analyzed. The theoretical approaches and concepts that influenced the growing role of business communication in the development of enterprises and organizations are identified. Various types of business communication are systematized (internal, external, strategic, adaptive, creative, motivational, crisis, formal, informal). Their impact on the development of human potential and social-labor relations is substantiated. An original approach to defining the essence of strategic business communication is proposed, highlighting its features and advantages. Strategic business communication is defined as a purposeful, systematic process of exchanging information, ideas, and values between business relationship participants, aimed at achieving long-term organizational goals, forming stable social-labor relations, and developing human potential, based on the principles of openness, transparency, empathy, and interaction. The factors influencing the effectiveness of strategic business communication are identified. Practical recommendations are provided for enhancing the role of strategic business communication in forming stable social-labor relations and developing human potential within an enterprise.
