Resume
The article is devoted to substantiating the institutional support for the implementation of the “Build Back Better” principles through the use of public-private partnership (PPP) mechanisms in the context of Ukraine’s post-war recovery. Particular attention is paid to the development of the concept of international public-private partnership (IPPP) as an integrated approach to attracting international investment and stimulating economic recovery. It is determined that the IPPP involves establishing a regulatory regime of incentives that combines a system of benefits, guarantees, and restrictions to balance the interests of international donors, the state, and businesses. Emphasis is placed on the importance of developing special legal regimes to create a favorable investment environment and ensure transparent control over the use of funds. The article examines the potential of PPPs in rebuilding critical infrastructure, transportation networks, and energy systems, implementing the circular economy, and outlines the socio-economic advantages and risks of this approach. The conclusion emphasizes the necessity of adapting best international practices to foster sustainable development and enhance Ukraine’s economic resilience in the post-war period.
