Анотація
У статті досліджено стан, втрати та напрями відновлення цифрової інфраструктури Київської області після повномасштабної агресії росії. Визначено сутність цифрової інфраструктури як цифрового важеля управління, що забезпечує функціонування найважливіших процесів життєдіяльності, та її структуру. Здійснено оцінку втрат та проаналізовано процеси відновлення цифрової інфраструктури Київщини у 2022–2024 рр. Показано, що цифрові мережі стали одним із найдинамічніших напрямів відбудови, а деокуповані громади скоріше відновлюють муніципальні послуги, бізнес-процеси та системи управління. Окреслено головні виклики та напрями розвитку, що забезпечують стійкість і цифрову інтеграцію регіону.
