Анотація
У статті обґрунтовано організаційно-економічні механізми розвитку промислових кластерних систем в умовах цифрової трансформації та смарт-спеціалізації. Розкрито роль цифрових платформ, інноваційних екосистем і технологій Індустрії 4.0–5.0 у формуванні конкурентних кластерних структур. Систематизовано індикатори оцінювання кластерного потенціалу та визначено вплив МСП на модернізацію ланцюгів доданої вартості. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо удосконалення кластерної політики та прискорення післявоєнної економічної модернізації України.
