Анотація
У статті досліджено інституційне забезпечення працевлаштування випускників закладів вищої освіти України в умовах довоєнних та воєнних викликів і загроз. Здійснено аналіз нормативно-законодавчої бази та основних подій, які вплинули на працевлаштування випускників ЗВО та призвели до трансформації ринку праці у контексті розвитку цифровізації, нестандартних форм зайнятості та змін у пріоритетах роботодавців.
Досліджено проблеми працевлаштування випускників ЗВО на ринку праці України в умовах довоєнного, воєнного та повоєнного відновлення, які на погляд автора, доцільно проводити в контексті виявлення викликів та загроз, що притаманні даному процесу.
Визначено, що виклики потребують відповідної реакції від суб’єкта господарювання і, у разі її відсутності, поступово переростають у загрози для його стабільності чи розвитку.
