Анотація
У статті обґрунтовано концептуальну модель розвитку системи стратегічного контролінгу в інтеграційних структурах, що функціонують в умовах зростаючої складності корпоративних взаємозв’язків, динамічності зовнішнього середовища та підвищених вимог до якості стратегічних управлінських рішень. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена необхідністю узгодження стратегічних цілей учасників інтеграційних об’єднань, забезпечення прозорості інформаційних потоків та підвищення ефективності стратегічного управління на корпоративному рівні.
У роботі уточнено сутність стратегічного контролінгу з позицій системного та процесного підходів, визначено його місце і роль у системі корпоративного управління інтеграційних структур. Запропонована концептуальна модель ґрунтується на поєднанні цільового, функціонального, інструментального та інформаційно-аналітичного блоків і передбачає інтеграцію стратегічного контролінгу зі стратегічним плануванням, управлінням ефективністю та ризиками. Особливу увагу приділено формуванню єдиного простору стратегічних показників, узгоджених KPI та механізмів зворотного зв’язку між рівнями управління.
Доведено, що впровадження запропонованої моделі сприяє підвищенню адаптивності інтеграційних структур, своєчасному виявленню стратегічних відхилень та обґрунтуванню коригувальних управлінських рішень. Практичне значення результатів полягає в можливості використання концептуальної моделі в діяльності корпоративних груп, холдингів та інших інтеграційних об’єднань з метою розвитку системи стратегічного контролінгу в умовах цифровізації та посилення конкуренції.
