Анотація
У статті розглянуто ключові проблеми формування ефективної державної промислової політики в умовах цифрової трансформації економіки. Показано, що фрагментарність наявних інструментів підтримки обмежує можливості координації промислового розвитку та доступу підприємств до інвестиційних ресурсів. Запропоновано концептуальну модель інтелектуальної краудінвестингової платформи, що поєднує аналітичні можливості технологій Індустрії 4.0 та людиноцентричні принципи Індустрії 5.0. Платформа забезпечує прозорість інвестиційних процесів, зниження трансакційних витрат і створення цифрової екосистеми підтримки смарт-підприємств, що сприяє формуванню сучасної моделі промислової політики.
