Resume
The article discusses the problems of staffing the healthcare sector in Ukraine, since today it is growing due to the need for sustainable work of the healthcare system, namely the provision of qualified personnel and the availability of personnel, their qualifications and distribution, motivation, working conditions, remuneration, social well-being, financially, technical and technological support of the labor process determine the appropriate level of medical care to the population. It is noted that the implementation of effective staffing in the healthcare system is an important tool for reforming the medical sphere. It was established that the quality and availability of medical care for the population of the country depends on the level of provision of health care facilities with medical workers and their professional level.
