Resume
In theoretical and methodological context, approaches to management in the field of nature management and environmental protection are generalized and covered, in particular, in the field of waste management taking into account the factor of environmental conflicts. Particular attention is paid to the theoretical substantiation of the ineffectiveness and demotivational influence of the artificially understated rates of environmental taxes.
