Resume
With the rise of online digital platforms, an important transformation has taken place in managing the strategic development of an enterprise. Today, information support is a key element to develop a strategy. Business practice proves that one of the most promising areas of research is the analysis of social networks in order to improve communication processes. In the analysis of social networks, four main areas of research are identified: structural, resource, normative and dynamic.

The system of information support for the strategy was proposed. The main goal of the proposed system is real-time information support and forecasting of the future state of the external and internal environment. The information obtained contributes to the development of additional enterprise development programs taking into account the particular interests of personnel.
